WILLSTRONG Aluminum composite panel is composed of multi-layer composite materials.The above and below layers are high purity aluminum alloy sheets, between which is non-toxic low density PE core board, and with protective layer on the above shape.Normally KYNAR500 PVDF adopted for the surface coating for outdoor and PE coated for indoor.

Wooden ACP is one of the most popular aluminum composite panel in the world, which vividly imitate the wood texture, simple but nature. It is the perfect combination of wood natural beauty and excellent properties of aluminum wall cladding. For now, Wooden ACP is an ideal material for building facade in the construction material market. Due to the concept of natural and environmental protection, Wooden ACP is widely used in indoor and outdoor decoration, which has a tendency to replace the wood gradually.

Protective film

A layer of PE plastic tape, to protect the panel surface from scratch or damage. The thickness and sticky standard are various upon different supplier.

Color coating

By function: PE & PVDF. PE is used for interior, with 10 year life-long expectancy; PVDF coating, with resistance on UV, acid and alkali, is more suitable for exterior usage, with 15-20 year guarantee.

By color/pattern: solid color, metallic color, brushed finish, mirror finish, marble pattern, wooden pattern.

Aluminum skin

AA1100 and AA3003 are standard, other series are optional upon specified order.

Polyethylene core

By color: White PE core and Black PE core;

By function: Normal PE core, unbreakable PE core and fire-rated PE core.
